iB Architects Wins ‘Small Project, Big Impact’ Award at Berks Prop Awards 2025
We are delighted to share that iB Architects enjoyed a fantastic evening at the Berks Prop Awards 2025, powered by UK Property Forums. Held at the historic Reading Town Hall, the event welcomed over 200 attendees from across the Berkshire property market for an evening of celebration and networking.
The awards were hosted by special guest and moderator Greg Searle MBE, British Olympic rower and motivational speaker, making the night truly inspiring with stories of industry excellence and achievement.
We are proud to announce that iB Architects won the Small Project, Big Impact of the Year award, sponsored by Haslams, for our work on The Fair Close Centre, Newbury. This was a brand-new category for 2025, and we are honoured to be its first recipients.
In addition, we were highly commended in the Best Architect of the Year category, a testament to our team’s creativity and commitment to delivering exceptional design.
Representing iB Architects at Table 19 were Ian Blake, Penny Dixon, Jasmine Hounslow and Nikita Lad. We were in great company alongside Rachel Anderson (Taylor Wimpey), Adrian Brown (Berkeley Strategic), Nick Kirby and Sarah Moorhouse (Lichfields), and Tom Wakefield (Pulleyn).
The evening also raised funds for Myocarditis UK, a charity dedicated to supporting research into myocarditis, a condition that affects one young adult each week in the UK. A special prize for the Heads & Tails winner was generously donated by Jansons Property.
We are thrilled to have been recognised among such esteemed company and look forward to continuing to make a positive impact in the communities we serve.
